We strive to make every order as perfect as possible, but we understand that things sometimes don't work out quite as you expected. That's what we offer a few options to get your order back on track if things go sideways.
1. Your order is delayed or arrived later than expected:
If your order arrived after the date promised during checkout, please let us know and we can offer you a credit to compensate for the trouble.
2. Your order got lost in transit:
Domestic Orders
If your order has not been delivered within 14 days from the expected delivery date, we'll assume it is lost and we can issue you a refund or send a replacement
International Orders
If your order has not been delivered within 90 days from the expected delivery date, we'll assume it is lost and we can issue you a refund or send a replacement
3. The tracking says it's delivered but the item never arrived:
It is likely that the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake. Please check with your local post office to see if the package can be delivered. If the post office is unable to locate your package, please provide us with a written statement from the post office and then we can issue a refund or send a replacement.
4. Your order was delivered as expected, but you would like to return it for a refund or replacement:
You can return your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery
Domestic Orders
We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
International Orders
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
